FGD, DENOX AND DUST REMOVAL SYSTEM EPC

Our partner has imported the complete set of internationally leading Limestone/lime-gypsum Wet process FGD Technology for Flue Gas from German FBE (the former STEINMUELLER) in 1998, the first to import the technology, and cooperated with FBE to successfully complete three earliest exemplary projects of wet FGD project within china, SCR deNOx technology from German FBE was introduced at the end of 2003. It is the mainstream of the world deNOx process to get rid of the nitrogen oxide in the flue gas by using the technology. Corporation introduced bottom ash cooling technique from Italy MAGALDI Company. Now the corporation is transforming from technology Intensive Corporation to asset and technology intensive corporation, giving prominence to "FGD, deNOx and dust removal system EPC.

FLUE GAS DESULFURIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
The limestone or lime available is used as the FGD absorbent of limestone/lime-gypsum wet process FGD technology. The limestone is crashed and pulverized into powder and is made into the absorption slurry after it is mixed with water. When the lime is used as the absorbent, the lime powder will be made into the absorption slurry after it is treated with digestion treatment and mixed with water. The absorption slurry will contact and mix with the flue gas inside the absorber. The SO2 in the flue gas will be deprived after it carries out chemical reaction with the calcium carbonate in the slurry and the pumped-in air oxidation.The final outcome of the chemical reaction is gypsum. Some other pollutants in the flue gas will be deprived simultaneously, such as dust, HCl, HF and SO3. The flue gas completing the desulfurization will be deprived of the small-sized liquid drop and slurry drop when it goes through the demister. It will be discharged into the chimney after it completes heating and temperature rise in the heater. The desulfurized gypsum slurry will be recovered after it is treated with the dehydration in the dehydrator. In this process, the single-cycle spray empty absorber structure is applied. It features mature technologies, wide application scope, high desulfurization efficiency, high reliability and low energy consumption.
DENITRIFICATION TECHNOLOGY:
SCR DENOX TECHNOLOGY

In November 2003, the company signed technology transfer agreement with FBE (Fisia Babcock Environment GmbH). We have has formed our own technical characteristics in practice.
1. Patent technology (vortex mixer):and optimal design by model test to guarantee the gas flow at entrance of the first layer of catalyst meet the following requirements: velocity heterogeneity <15%; temperature uniformity: <10 C;NH3/ NOx mixture uniformity <5%.
2. Advancement : In 2008, the corporation introduced world advanced catalyst production technology from CCIC, built, on own investment, domestic advanced annual 6,000m3 honeycomb DeNOx catalyst production factory.
